Toddler

18-24/30 months old

This nurturing environment provides the structure that allows the students to grow and learn while feeling safe and comfortable. Students are given daily opportunities to explore and learn through age appropriate toys and projects. Children in the purple toddler classroom are encouraged to try to use their words to express their needs and wants. Children are also guided to begin mastering their self-help skills at lunch and at play. The activities in the classroom are developed around a weekly theme to create learning and social experiences through play, projects, music and activities.
